Linear Tangential Contact Forces

Linear Tangential contact forces in MercuryDPM implemented as FrictionSpecies, FrictionInteraction and SlidingFrictionSpecies, SlidingFrictionInteraction.

The model parameters (e.g. sliding stiffness, rolling stiffness, tangential coefficient of restitution, etc) are set using FrictionSpecies (and SlidingFrictionSpecies) member functions
